- To support the growth of interest in arts activities by local citizens.
- To provide scholarship assistance to local high school seniors entering a college music program.
- To support local nonprofit organizations who provide services to citizens in need.
Carroll Singers is funded in part by a Community Arts Development Grant from the Carroll County Arts Council and Maryland State Arts Council. Carroll Singers is a component fund of the Carroll County Community Foundation.

Carroll Singers continues the tradition established by its predecessor the Carroll County Choral Society. Performing popular music from many decades in our concerts touches the hearts of people from many walks of life. It continues to provide a very pleasing alternative choral music experience for our local citizens.
When extra funding is available, Carroll Singers donates to local non-profit organizations serving low income citizens of Carroll County such as Carroll County Food Sunday, Shepherds Staff and Access Carroll. We also offer a college scholarship to a local student studying choral music or music education.
